T9 Foundation is opening their very first grant cycle! The purpose of this grant is for help towards a specific need for a child with a rare medical condition to provide a safe, comfortable, and practical home setting for the child. This includes providing funding for various in-home service supportive of the child such as massage, music therapy, cranial therapy, and hippotherapy. The organization can also provide support for such families in the form of reimbursement of travel expenses for attendance at conventions, seminars, or other similar supportive gatherings of families with children with similar medical conditions.
This is for families with a rare diagnosis and we are accepting applications now!
The Grant window is open through February 28, (Rare Gene Day). Grant recipients will be notified on March 9th on Trisomy 9 Awareness Day.
The window to apply for a grant is now closed. We will be opening for grants for next year in January 2027.
